Michael N. Najjar has been an associate with Feinberg, Dumont & Brennan since 2023. Prior to beginning his tenure as an associate, Michael served as the firm’s law clerk.
Michael’s practice consists of a broad range of labor-related work in both the public and private sectors, ranging from representation of employees in arbitrations and appearing before various administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board and the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations, to negotiating collective bargaining agreements. Michael also assists in counseling multi-employer health and welfare and pension funds.
Michael is originally from Stoneham, Massachusetts. He graduated from Middlebury College in 2017, where he was a member of the Varsity Hockey team, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and he earned a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2023.
