
David M. Coscia started at Feinberg, Dumont & Brennan in March 2026. He represents both private and public sector unions in a broad range of settings including arbitrations, negotiations, and in front of administrative bodies such as the National Labor Relations Board and Department of Labor Relations. He graduated from UMASS Amherst in 2016, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics and earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2025.
Prior to joining the firm, David developed a broad foundation in labor and employment law through Northeastern’s cooperative education program, gaining experience on the union, management, and government sides of labor relations. Prior to and during law school, David worked for various members of the Massachusetts State Legislature as a legislative aide and committee staffer.
