Nicholas S. Balatsos is an associate at Feinberg, Dumont & Brennan, where he represents unions and their members and benefit funds. Nick is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts – Lowell, Northeastern University School of Law, and Cornell University where he earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations.
Nick has spent his legal career in public and private sector collective bargaining, arbitration, and litigation. He appears regularly before the National Labor Relations Board and other administrative agencies.
Prior to joining the firm, Nick represented unions in Massachusetts, as well as other areas of the country. He also served as a hearing officer for the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations.
