Michael A. Feinberg is one of the founders of Feinberg, Dumont & Brennan having spent the prior 37 years as the principal partner of Feinberg, Campbell & Zack, P.C. Prior to that, Michael worked for the labor law firm of Segal & Flamm and was also a trial attorney for the Detroit Region of the National Labor Relations Board. He is a graduate of Boston University and Boston College Law School where he was chosen to be the Articles Editor of the Annual Survey of Massachusetts Law.
Michael is perennially voted one of the top labor attorneys in the country by his peers. He is also a frequent lecturer on employee benefits plans and ERISA law. He is a past chairman of the Labor Law Section of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Well-known and respected for his tenacious, imaginative approach to his practice, he serves as the legal advisor to many labor unions and their benefit funds throughout Massachusetts and New England.
