Arianna L. O’Brien has been an associate with Feinberg, Dumont & Brennan since 2024. Prior to beginning as an associate, Arianna served as the firm’s law clerk. A graduate of Trinity College, Arianna holds a B.A. in Public Policy & Law with a minor in Writing, Rhetoric & Media studies.
Arianna’s practice comprises of employee benefit (ERISA) litigation on behalf of union pension, annuity, and health and welfare funds in Massachusetts and New England. She also assists in a broad range of labor-related work.
Arianna received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, earning a concentration in Trial and Appellate Advocacy with Distinction. She was selected as a Trustee Merit Scholar and won the Distinguished Oral Advocate award. During law school, she competed in several moot court competitions, including on Suffolk’s Trademark Law Moot Court Team and International Law Moot Court Team.
